  • Call for Articles: 21.2 edition of ENQ

    The ARCC board and ENQ Editorial Board would like to solicit proposals for articles Volume 21.2 of Enquiry, publishing in Q4 of 2024.

    Articles addressing topics including complex challenges around data collection, tools, creativity, pedagogy, materials, modeling, and engagement through the larger themes of Ethics and Social Responsibility; Sustainability; Interdisciplinarity; Education; and Innovative Materials and Construction. Different theoretical perspectives, epistemologies, and methodological approaches are encouraged. Scales addressed could be from the level of construction details (i.e.: envelope construction and indoor air quality, construction systems, etc.) to the building scale (i.e.: design for movement, circular economies, etc.) to the community scale (i.e.: participatory action research, community engagement strategies, etc.). Empirical research, literature reviews, and theoretical arguments, and methodological outlines are all welcome.

    The submission deadlines for the next upcoming issues are:

    01 July 2024. Announcement call for articles

    01 October 2024. Deadline for submission of articles

    December 2024. Publication of the Special Edition

    ENQ has been evaluated for inclusion in Scopus and accepted by the Content Selection & Advisory Board (CSAB). 

    + The journal consistently includes articles that are scientifically sound and relevant to an international academic or professional audience in this field.
    + The journal has clear aims and scope/journal policies that are consistent with the journal’s content.
    + Peer review type is clearly stated and is supported by appropriate reviewer guidelines.
